Kimberley Ordaz

As a native Californian who grew up in the Bay Area, Kim always knew she wanted to chart a path helping others. She began working at the Gilroy Unified School District as a Paraprofessional in Special Education with children for over a decade. Her love for children lead her to open her own business for child care and pre-school where she had the fortune to also raise her three children. In 2005 she then pursued her career in Real Estate which she enjoyed staging for her sellers and finding the perfect home for her buyers.

With over 15 years of experience, Kim has served and guided her clients through one of the biggest investments of their lives, whether it was selling or buying single family homes, condos, ranches and manufactured homes. She specializes
in Morgan Hill, Gilroy and Monterey County. Kim prides herself regarding the importance of detail and communication with her clients and also the other agents she works with from marketing, contracting, escrow and her main priority
